During that time we become the tenant and guarantee the rent to you, we'll also take care of all the maintenance and best of all you will be paid every month on a set date whether it is occupied or not!

How It Works
Step1 Call us to discuss a property that you feel could be a possible opportunity for us, we can then provide you with a rental quote over the phone. Step2 Once you're comfortable with all the boring T's and C's we sign a 3 or 5 year lease in which we become your tenant and pay you a net figure every month inclusive of property management fees and maintenance costs. There are no void periods so you get a continuous income for the duration of the lease! Step3 Enjoy the comfort in knowing you have a secure tenant for the next 3 to 5 years!

Q. It seems too good to be true?It's a brilliant scheme and there are no catches, we can send you our contract so you can peruse over our Terms and Conditions.
Q. If you don't charge any fees how do you make your money?We make our margins by offering a wide range of housing, care and maintenance services to the public and private sectors which allows our partners to charge their landlords a fully managed fee or contract with them at a lower rate to make the margin in between.
Q. What type of people do you house?We house people from all walks of life, predominantly those requiring care whilst living at home or low income families.
Q. I don't feel confident letting my property to strangers, what if they stop paying and destroy my property?We are liable for the rent and the condition of the property. Letting your property out to private tenants always comes with a risk but with Capital Homes providing the rent guarantee all the risk is eliminated. The contract is between you and Capital Homes, all damages will be repaired or replaced by Capital Homes.
Q. I Don't know Capital Homes why should I trust you?Capital Homes have been operating since 1987 we were one of the founders of the guaranteed rent scheme. Q. What if my landlord complains about anti-social behaviour?We work closely with our partners to ensure that tenants are acting responsibly and respecting the property. We will address the issues the same way in which we address a private tenant - a letter will be sent out, followed by a visit, if the issue carries on we will look to remove that tenant from the property

I'm an agent, I don't want to give my client details to you, what if you poach my landlord?Our growth and reputation is based on our partners having confidence in us, we build long standing relationships on trust as our goal is to secure a steady flow of stock from you and not just a single property
